Many of you may not know that Dave and I were downright sloshed at our wedding reception. Thanks to Lizard and her mothers' cunning planning, her father's research and mixology skills, and Ian Flemings' genius concoction, Dave and I were whisked away to the reception in our rented Bentley, sipping our married selves into a memorable evening through the lens of a James Bond movie.
The Vesper Lynd took center stage. Dangerously delicious, riddled with intrigue due to its literary past, we reveled then and now in the simplicity of the recipe. There's no better way to get back into the "Sauced" swing of things than through an ode to our favorite martini! Enjoy!
1. 3 oz. Gin (Gordon's Green in England - Tanqueray can substitute)
2. 1 oz. Vodka
3. 1/2 oz. Kina Lillet (Lillet Blanc)
4. Garnished with a lemon peel
